Have run the Disk Cleanup utiltity as ADMIN and have the most current Windows updates. But I always find the USN journals take up the most space. It's built-in to Windows 10 so you don't even need to worry about deleting the wrong files. If you have no intention of reverting back to the previous version you can safely delete these files. If you've upgraded to Windows 10 from a previous version, Microsoft kindly left some files on your disk in case you wanted to revert back.
